Mills Real Estate and the Janet Gross Trust is offering to sell by sealed bid the Northwest Quarter of Section 26 consisting of 125.34 acres of cropland, 21.24 acres of CRP, with balance in other. CRP contract pays $135.26 per acre and terminates in 2031.

Interested parties must submit their total bid along with their name, address, and telephone number, accompanied by an earnest money check representing 1% of their bid made payable to Huron Title Co in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Bids must be received in the Iroquois Post Office no later than noon on December 19, 2025.

Bids to be opened on December 20, 2025. Top two bidders will be contacted and provided an opportunity to adjust their bid. Winner of the auction should be prepared to immediately sign a Purchase Agreement and their earnest money check will be deposited in escrow. Closing date shall be set on or before January 31, 2026. All unsuccessful bidders will be notified and their earnest money checks returned.
